What is included in a Diamond Painting Pro kit?
Each kit comes complete with a high-quality adhesive canvas, individually packaged resin diamonds, a diamond applicator tool, wax caddy, and a sorting tray.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-12 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What happens if I run out of a specific diamond color?
We offer a 'Missing Diamond Guarantee.' If you run out of any color while completing your project, simply contact our support team and we will ship the replacements to you for free.
What is the difference between Round and Square drills?
Round drills are generally easier for beginners and leave small gaps between diamonds for a sparkly look, while Square drills fit perfectly together for a 'mosaic' finish with no canvas showing.
Can I return my kit if I change my mind?
Yes, we accept returns on unopened and unused kits within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return authorization.
Are the canvases poured glue or double-sided tape?
At Diamond Painting Pro, we use premium poured glue for all our canvases to ensure a long-lasting hold and to prevent any rivers or wrinkles in the adhesive layer.
